Heating Installation

At Sinclaire Home Services, we specialize in installing all types of heating equipment. Whether it’s through propane, natural gas, oil-fired boilers and furnaces, or another type of heating system (e.g. conventional heat pumps, geothermal heat pumps, etc), we offer free estimates on all types of heating system installations and replacements. Better yet, we do this for any make and model, including top tier brands such as Weil Mclain, Burnham, Energy Kinetics, Utica, Navien, Goodman, American Standard, and more.

Boiler Installation

In a boiler system operation, a boiler furnace heats water using a gas or oil-fired burner, thus turning it into steam. The steam then travels through pipes to radiators or convectors. These pieces of equipment emit heat, which warms the room. In hot water heating systems, the method is the same as for steam systems; however, hot water rather than steam is used to heat the the radiators or convectors. Sinclaire Home Services installs both Forced Hot Water and Steam heating systems (boilers). Our installation technicians are all fully licensed and insured installers. We also have a Master Plumber on staff who handles all permits and gas piping, thus saving time and money for our customers.

Furnace Installation

A furnace, or forced hot air system, uses air as the heat transfer medium. A furnace is used to heat the air, which is then dispersed throughout the house via ductwork and in-room vents. We install forced hot air systems (furnaces). We also have in-house Master Sheet Metal Workers to install and modify ductwork throughout your house.

Ductless Heating Installation

For those who want the benefits of a hot air furnace, but without all the ductwork, a ductless heating system may be perfect for you. Useful for both heating and cooling, ductless mini-splits sit unobtrusively on your wall filling your room with warmth and comfort. These can be a great option for those one-off rooms where your ductwork doesn’t quite reach or for whole-house applications. They can be used as your main source of heating and cooling, or simply used to supplement your existing HVAC system. For more information on this technology, give us a call. We’d love to chat.

Pick your Fuel

Want to convert from an oil heating system to a gas heating system? Or perhaps upgrade to a system that uses the latest geothermal technology? At Sinclaire we are fuel agnostic. We install and service all types of heating systems: those that run on natural gas, home heating oil, propane, electricity, and even the earth itself. Each system has its pros and cons. If you aren’t sure which system is right for you, give us a call and we can help you decide.
