Sinclaire Select Membership and Maintenance Plans are the perfect solution for our customers home and business comfort needs. We’ve designed our entire line-up of Maintenance Plans to provide more flexibility and service options to our customers. When it comes to your home or business, there is no one-size-fits-all solution.

By becoming a SinclaireSelect Member, you will now have the ability to customize the protection and service you need, specific to your home or business. All of our maintenance plans include 24-hour emergency service, discounts on all repairs, annual inspection with Free Precision Tune-up, priority customer service, loyalty points, and multi-system discounts. Our maintenance plans are designed to provide regular seasonal cleaning and maintenance of your heating and air conditioning systems.

Sinclaire Enterprise’s Maintenance Plans give you peace of mind knowing that your system is running properly and at peak efficiency, as well as helping to extend the life of your equipment. In the event of an emergency, you have a professional standing-by to respond to your service needs, all day and night.

By maintaining your system with one or two scheduled annual inspections, our technicians will be able to inspect and test components for proper operation, recognize impending problems, and offer solutions that can result in energy savings and/or healthier, safer environments for your home or workplace . SinclaireSelect Members are also eligible for 24-hour emergency service, priority service over non-SinclaireSelect Members, and discounts on all repairs.

MAINTENANCE PLANS

Sinclaire Select for Oil

This is for Oil Heat customers who are not enrolled in our Automatic Heating Oil Delivery Program or who have their oil delivery needs fulfilled elsewhere.

Benefits include:

• 15% Discount on repairs for Service Calls (excludes diagnostic fee)
• Free Precision Tune-Up
• Extended Equipment Life
• Improved Efficiency and Safety on your Heating Systems

• Earn Loyalty Points for Future use Towards the Purchase of New Heating and Cooling Equipment

This program includes an annual inspection with a FREE Precision Tune-up on your oil fired heating system, plus a 15% discount on repairs for all future service calls. You will also receive $25 in Loyalty Points per plan for every year that you are a member of the program, up to $500. Loyalty Points can be redeemed when we upgrade your heating and cooling system equipment. See below for more information on Loyalty Points.

Maintenance Procedures for Oil Fired Heating Equipment is as follows:
*procedures may not apply to all systems

• Vacuum heat exchanger / fire chamber
• Clean flue pipe
• Clean chimney base
• Cement flue pipe at chimney
• Replace nozzle
• Replace / clean fuel pump strainer
• Replace oil filter
• Check / clean burner fan
• Inspect / drain expansion tank
• Inspect / test relief valve
• Inspect blower wheel and clean if needed
• Inspect blower motor
• Inspect / replace blower belt
• Inspect / clean blower compartment
• Inspect / test all operating safety controls
• Replace standard 1″ disposable air filter
• Wash permanent filter
• Perform complete efficiency test
• Check system operation
• Inspect all components for corrosion or leaks

This is perfect for customers with Natural Gas or Propane heat, including high efficiency systems.

• Check / clean burner fan
• Check / clean main burners
• Check / clean pilot burner
• Inspect / drain expansion tank
• Inspect / test relief valve
• Inspect blower wheel and clean if needed
• Inspect blower motor
• Inspect / replace blower belt
• Inspect / clean blower compartment
• Inspect / test all operating safety controls
• Inspect / replace thermocouple or hot surface ignitors
• Replace standard 1″ disposable air filter
• Wash permanent filter
• Check system operation
• Inspect all components for corrosion or leaks
• Clean condensate drains (high eff. gas)
• Clean condensate pump (high eff. gas)

This is for customers with Central Air Conditioning or Ductless Mini-Split systems.

Maintenance Procedures for A/C equipment is as follows:
*procedures may not apply to all systems

• Replace disposable 1″ air filter (if applicable)
• Wash permanent filter (if applicable)
• Drain and clean humidifier pan
• Inspect blower motor
• Inspect blower wheel and clean if needed (mini-splits my incur additional costs)
• Clean and inspect blower compartment
• Inspect indoor coil
• Inspect TXV valve
• Clean condensate pump
• Check control board and electrical connections
• Inspect contactor, capacitors, and relays
• Remove debris from outside unit
• Wash outdoor coil
• Check disconnect
• Check fan blade
• Check compressor connections
• Check refrigerant charge (adding refrigerant not included)
• Check operation of whole system
• Check temperature differentials
• Inspect outdoor coil for damage

This is for customers who have Heat Pumps in their homes.

This program includes 2 annual inspections with 2 FREE Precision Tune-ups on your Heat Pump system (one for heating and one for cooling), plus a 15% discount on repairs for all future service calls. You will also receive $25 in Loyalty Points per plan for every year that you are a member of the program, up to $500. LOYALTY POINTS

You earn Loyalty points for each SinclaireSelect Maintenance Plan that you are enrolled in. Each customer can earn up to $500 worth of loyalty points which may be redeemed when we upgrade your heating and cooling equipment. Below is a list of upgrades you may put loyalty points towards.

• $500 towards a boiler
• $300 towards a furnace
• $200 towards a hot water heater
• $200 towards an oil tank
• $100 for a new oil burner
